Rate Description   May thru November Weekends (Fri. & Sat.)   $135 night 2/night min. Weekdays (Mon thru Thurs.)       $125 night/2 night min. Daily rates based on 4 guests Weekly rates based on 6 guests Additional guests $15 per night *Special Holiday Rental Rates: The following    Holidays will be an additional $25.00 per night *Thanksgiving                     (2 night min.) *Memorial Day                     (3 night min.) *July 4th                             (3 night min.)  *Labor Day                          (3 night min.) All rates subject to 3% Bed Tax and 7% Lodging tax.     The Cottage is a very unique log home and dear to our hearts.  The Cottage was the original cabin that we first placed in the middle of this wooded lake view that we have come to love. It sits on the best view of the entire property.  It overlooks a 12 acre lake and is a short walk to the beach and dock area. There is plenty of private lake frontage for swimming, canoeing and fishing. We have also included a beautiful Pavilion that sits off into the woods overlooking the lake for your relaxing escape. There are several picnic tables and an over sized fire pit along with a gas grill for cooking out on. The inside of the cabin includes all the amenities.  You will find a futon couch that folds down into a full bed with a comfortable chair and two person dinette. There is a small kitchen area with a sink, mid size refrigerator and microwave. There is a very nice and clean hot shower and bathroom to clean up in the evening. Each end of the cabin includes a spacious attic loft that can easily sleep two adults or use one side to store your items. There is an air conditioner and ceiling fan to keep the cabin cool in the evenings and an electric wood burner for cooler fall evenings.  It is 5 years old and in immaculate condition. It’s the perfect get away for the a small family with friends or that romantic weekend you have been longing for.
