Check In & Check Out
Check in will be at 3:00 p.m. and check out is at 11 a.m. If you would like an early arrival, please let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate you and your guests. You are expected to do a quick clean up throughout the used areas of the cabin. Please wash the dishes, place trash in the proper area and lock the cabin securely before departing. There will be a broom and cleaning products located in the utility room of the basement. There will be an additional charge for guests checking out after 11am and a $25 charge for unwashed dishes.
Occupancy, Clean up and House keeping
Be sure to abide by the limit occupancy to the cabin maximum. As stated earlier there will be an additional $15 per guest fee. We also ask that you adhere to the pet and smoking policies. In the event of any damages or additional cleaning that we may endure there will be an additional charge. We will provide bed sheets, kitchenware & utensils. Please bring your own bedrolls, pillows, towels and toiletries. We do provide dish soap, toilet paper and trash bags.
THE LODGE
The Lodge is the first of several cabins to come. You will understand how it got its name when you first walk in. This cabin is very open with a 25ft ceiling, large full kitchen and family room. It has three bedrooms, two baths with a full and half bunk bed in the loft area next to a King size bed overlooking the pond area. The Lodge offers a fully equipped kitchen, a log burning stove fireplace, Satellite TV w/ a DVD player, air conditioning and room heat. The basement offers a nice sitting room, pool table and bar area. You will also find a 6 person hot tub on the lower patio area, a bonfire pit with wood and a nice sandy beach area with a dock for throw back fishing. The Lodge is also surrounded by a 60 foot covered deck for outdoor eating and sitting The Lodge can accommodate between 12 and 14 adults and children.
Policies
* We require that you are 21yrs of age to rent cabins or be accompanied by an adult.
* You must show proof of identification.
* You must have a credit card on file before arriving at the cabin.
* There is a 6% lodging tax and a 3% bed tax added to your daily rate.
* Two night minimum required during peak season.
* Three night minimum is required on most holidays.
Deposits
*A one night deposit for two to three nights is required.
*A 50% deposit for any other accommodations.
*Credit card not accepted at this time.
*Check or money order will be accepted prior to your stay.
Cancellations and Refunds
We have a no Refund Policy, If you need to cancel your reservation we will credit your down payment towards another weekend good for anytime during the year.
There will be no refunds for early departure.
There will be no refunds or cancellations due to inclement weather.
